Labor Arbitration Services, Inc. was founded in 1979 to provide the highest quality training available to prepare employer representatives, union representatives, and labor/management attorneys to be skilled advocates in labor arbitration. We have selected only outstanding labor arbitration advocates to serve on our faculty. In addition, we have selected distinguished labor arbitrators who are members of the National Academy of Arbitrators to serve as arbitrators.
We have trained over 2,700 labor arbitration advocates. Some of the largest employers and unions in North America rely solely upon us to train their arbitration advocates.
Participants from both management and labor find our course to be truly exceptional due to the limited enrollment and small class teaching environment. Our teaching method is the “how to” approach combined with the unique opportunity to experience the challenge of presenting a case to a nationally known labor arbitrator who will individually critique your advocacy skills.
Prior labor arbitration experience or legal training is not required to take this course. You will learn the entire labor arbitration advocacy process during your five days of intensive training.
